My Fitness Pal

It has been 13 months since I gave birth to Caleb. Thanks to the first few months of exclusive breastfeeding I was able to lose my pregnancy weight pretty quickly without trying very hard. Unfortunately, I started the pregnancy heavier than I would have liked. The past year has been a struggle to get that extra weight off and achieve my “ideal” weight. I say it has been a struggle but deep down inside I know it is because I haven't been watching what I eat close enough. I haven't given up many of those bad eating habits I allowed myself to develop during my pregnancy.
